Powerful endurance and intensive stretching keep the body supple. Fascia – the muscular connective tissue envelops our body and gives it the elastic shape; like the white, reticulated skin of a tangerine.
By too little movement or recurring, monotonous processes fascia can stick together and clump together. The ideal image should be flexible and elastic (similar to a spider web).
