URBN Sports stands for sport in the urban environment. The focus of the training is on your own body weight and is done outdoors. The immune system is strengthened and you benefit from unlimited space for various functional training sessions. With motivating and challenging workouts, I accompany my participants to their goals.
URBN Yoga is for people who would like to get a stronger core and still keep the muscles smooth and flexible. It’s a mix of Vinyasa and Power Yoga, focussing on clean asanas and improving our mobility.
